The plans at a glance
- Free (no plan): up to 3 accounts, all features, one list and up to 3 users in administration. It stays free as long as an owner, administrator or manager signs in at least every 180 days.
- Basic: Basic 15, 40, 60, 100, 200 and 400 – the number is the maximum number of accounts. Included are booking, accounts, settling and the simple exports, plus up to 2 lists, stock with inventory and reports. Not included are, among others, online payment, direct debit, guest list, cash register and TSE, price rules, deposit and push notifications.
- Pro: all features and any number of lists. The plans are Start (up to 5 accounts), Team (15), Club (40), Club 60, Large (100), XL (200) and XXL (400); invoices show them with the tier, e.g. "Pro Club". For more than 400 accounts there is an individual offer.
- Tally: only for clubs that moved over from the previous system. After a change or cancellation it cannot be booked again.
- Billing is yearly. Current prices are on the pricing page. The offer is exclusively for clubs, associations and companies, not for consumers.
Buying a plan
- In /admin open "Contract & payments" → "Plan & invoices" – or in the WebApp or app "Settings" → "Admin area" → "Plan & invoices". Owners and administrators of the organization may buy and change plans.
- Check the billing address under "Organization" → "Master data". If it is missing, the page points this out ("Go to master data"). Country and currency are fixed with the first plan and cannot be changed afterwards.
- Choose the plan that fits your number of accounts and click "Book package".
- Confirm that you act for a club, association or company and pay with Stripe/PayPal – as a subscription that renews every year by itself, or for one year without renewal (a reminder with a payment link arrives before it expires). In euros, direct debit via GoCardless is also possible.
- After payment you see "Thank you! The package is booked." – the plan applies at once.
Switching from Basic to Pro
- Under "Plan & invoices" click "Change package" and choose the new plan, for example Pro Club instead of Basic 40.
- With a subscription paid automatically via Stripe, a change upwards – more accounts or from Basic to Pro – applies at once. The difference up to the end of the current period is charged pro rata; the confirmation before the change says so.
- A smaller plan of the same tier is scheduled for the end of the period; until then the current one stays. You undo the scheduled change with "Keep".
- A change to a lower tier, for example from Pro to Basic, is only possible via support during a subscription with automatic payment.
Invoices
- iqmeta issues an invoice for every payment. It is listed under "Plan & invoices" in the "Invoices" section and opens with "View invoice".
- By e-mail, invoices go to the address shown on the page under "Invoices go to: …" – without a separate billing address to the owner.
- When switching from Basic to Pro, the invoice contains a credit for the rest of the old plan and the pro rata charge for the new one.
"Pro until": Pro time granted by the operator
The operator can grant an organization Pro time up to a date – for example after moving from the previous system or for testing. This works with any plan and also without a plan.
With a plan you use all Pro features until that date; afterwards the scope of your plan applies again. Without a plan, "Plan & invoices" shows "Pro trial until …": until then all Pro features apply with up to 60 accounts and any number of lists and users, afterwards the free tier with 3 accounts again – accounts above that can then no longer book.
You receive an e-mail 14 days before the end. All data is kept; with a plan everything continues without interruption.
Cancelling and expiry
- "Cancel subscription" ends the automatic renewal at the end of the period; until then the plan stays. "Undo cancellation" reverses this.
- After the end, 3 accounts are free again. Existing accounts and all data are kept; accounts above the free limit can no longer book.
