Your club's look in the app
With a logo, banner, short name and your own accent colour, the app looks like your club to your members – on their phones, on the kiosk tablet, on the QR ordering page and on the member card in their wallet. Everything is set in the admin console under “Master data” and is visible straight away, without an app update.

What you need
- The right to manage the organisation (owner or administrator).
- The admin console at /admin, page “Master data” – that is where the sections “Logo” and “Appearance in the app” are.
- For logo and banner, a JPG or PNG image of at most 2 MB each.
Set up logo, short name and accent colour
- Open /admin and choose “Master data”.
- Upload your club logo in the “Logo” section. It is rotated and resized automatically; transparency is kept.
- In the “Appearance in the app” section, the short name field shows a suggestion based on the club name, such as “TSVM” for “TSV Musterstadt 1890 e. V.”. Use it or enter your own short name with 2 to 6 characters.
- Pick an accent colour with the colour picker or as a value such as #1E5AA8. Empty means our yellow stays.
- Tick “Show logo in the app” and click “Save appearance”.
Where each item appears
- Logo (only with “Show logo in the app” ticked): at the top of the booking page in the app and web app, at the kiosk, on the QR ordering page and on the member card in Apple and Google Wallet.
- Accent colour: instead of our yellow on headers, buttons and surfaces in the app and web app, at the kiosk, on the QR ordering page and as the colour of the wallet card.
- Short name: in the list switcher (“TSVM · Clubhouse”), in the subject of the monthly account statement and in settlement e-mails.
- Banner: at the top of the start page in the app and web app, and at the kiosk while nobody is signed in.
- Receipts, PDFs and the TV display keep their own logo switches in the “Logo” section.
Accent colour and contrast
The app chooses the text colour on the accent colour itself: dark or white, whichever is easier to read. It must reach a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 : 1. With mid tones such as grey neither text colour manages that, so the admin console rejects the colour.
The colour must also stand out from the white background and from the dark-mode background. Almost white or almost black colours are therefore rejected too. The preview shows the colour on light and dark side by side before you save.
Banner per list
- Prepare an image in 3:1 format, for example 1500 × 500 pixels, as JPG or PNG with at most 2 MB.
- In the “Banner per list” section, click “Upload banner” next to the list. Each list can have its own banner.
- If the image has a different format, it is cropped to 3:1 from the centre. Check the preview.
- Use “Replace banner” to swap it and “Delete banner” to remove it again.
Responsibility for the content
- The club is responsible for logo and banner, for example for brewery brand logos or photos of people. Only upload images you are allowed to use.
- Logo and banner can be retrieved by anyone who knows their address – after all, they also appear at the kiosk and on the QR ordering page. So do not use confidential content.
